Ghee is a common food in Indian households and is often used for religious ceremonies to light diyas. It can be made from the milk of various animals like cows, buffaloes, goats, and sheep. However, the purest form of ghee, known as A2 cow ghee, is made using pure  A2 cow milk  from cows native to India, also known as Desi Cows. So, why is it called A2 Cow Ghee?
